On a square base of red granite bordered by white limestone, a square pool with chamfered corners made of gray granite is arranged raised on a roughly also red granite. The raised pond or cup is very flat. Two pairs of intersecting steel arches constitute a representation of the meridians and parallels in reference to the Navy.

The fountain consists of a large rectangular basin attached to the wall where a vertical element of straight and angular shapes houses the spout that pours the water. The whole piece is made of mine stone.

Circular pond made of red brick with a white marble top finish. In the center, a pillar with angular lines combines brick with white marble. Four jets located on each side of the pillar pour their water into the pond. The fountain is enhanced by the radial pavement of black and white squares made with river songs.

Fountain located behind the statue of Lucio Anneo Seneca. It consists of a rectangular pond made of calcarenite stone masonry with a gray granite top finish. The floor is made with pebbles. On the opposite side to the sculpture, the floor of the fountain rises to form a hump in which four jets are located that project the water at a low height.

The fountain is completed with an urban sculpture that gives the complex an architectural structure similar to that of the streetlights and other elements of the Plaza.

The fountain consists of a large rectangular basin with an inclined panel on one of its smaller sides from which a pipe pours the water into the basin. The shape of the fountain is reminiscent of wash basins. Along with the angle of one of its longer sides, it presents a small square to channel the overflowing water from the fountain. The piece is made of gray-pink granite.
