Las figuras que adornan esta fuente eran originariamente de piedra, pero dado a un acto vandálico, se decidió sustituirlas por las actuales de bronce.
La fuente se realizó en honor del taller marmolista “Hermanos García Rueda”, autores de numerosas fuentes de la ciudad.
Description
The fountain is made up of a large circular pool with another smaller pool inside, in the center of which is a schematic Corinthian capital. From the capital the water is projected at a great height. Around the curb of the inner pool are the bronze figures of 4 seated children and a lying dog.
